VULNERABLE
The Giant Freshwater Crayfish (Astacopsis gouldi) is the largest invertebrate in the world. They have been known to grow as large as a small dog and can live for up to 40 years. The crayfish lives in slow moving rivers with little silt and rests under submerged logs.
